How to Exhibit

Participation procedure

a.Fill in and stamp the application and then fax to the organizing committee.
b.Transfer booth fees in full or 50% as deposit by Swift or in person to the Organizer within 5 days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to the exhibition. Please remember to send the voucher of remittance to us via fax.Organizer will give exhibitor an invoice.
c.Booths shall be distributed in the order of registration and payment. The exhibitors are forbidden to sublet booth or expansion booth,the display of the exhibits should comply with the requirements of the exhibit range.
d.Delivery of Exhibition Manual once exhibitor get the booth confirmation.
